CPL Transport Inc. ("we") values the protection of your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Information we collect
When you fill out our quote form or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone number, origin and destination cities, and details of the freight to be transported. We do not collect any sensitive information.
Use of information
Your information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange transport and track your shipment. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Sharing
We share your information only with the people necessary to perform the service (dispatch, drivers, customs brokerage for cross-border shipments) and where required by law.
Retention & security
We keep your information as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We apply reasonable measures to protect it against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your rights
